A most important day at Manoir de Gourin saw us using our wine room for the first time with our guests sharing  a bottle or three of Saumur Brut Pink. So here is to Roy, Yvonne, Corrina, Alistair, Martin, Carol, and us who witnessed the big event. Cheers.

  A new domaine came on my radar today and we visited to taste the range of wines. Chateau de Targe is locted in Saumur Champigny appellation on the Loire river in France. A most lovely spot high on the escarpment of limestone overlooking the valley below.
