Two Day Wine Tours

Our Two day Wine Tours with three nights accommodation in the Loire Valley France

Stay for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment or a double or twin bedroom with en-suite facilities at Manoir de Gourin and enjoy two full days of vineyards visits.

Arrive on Day 1 in time for afternoon tea at Manoir de Gourin. Then time for relaxation or a dip in the pool before dinner.

 

Two Day Wine Tours include:

  • Meet at the Manor House or collection to and from Angers or Saumur 

  • 3 nights bed and breakfast

  • 1 wine tasting dinner at Manoir

  • Transport in comfortable air conditioned vehicle

  • All entry fees to cellars where appropriate

  • Itineraries notes and details of the domains and vineyards

  • Tasting notebook and pen

  • Opportunity to purchase wines at cellar door prices

  • 2 hamper lunches – lunch at le Manoir or a plat du jour or similar in a local restaurant may be substituted
  • The services of Simon as your guide
  • Transport to and from restaurants on the second and third nights (cost of restaurant meals are not included)

Day 1

 Day 2

  • The House Breakfast

  • am Visit to Anjou Vineyard for tasting

  • Lunch at Manoir

  • pm Visit Saumur vineyard for tasting and a cellar visit

Day 3

  • The House Breakfast

  • am Visit to Saumur- Champigny Chateau vineyard

  • Picnic Lunch at vineyard or overlooking the Loire 

  • pm visit sparkling wine house in Saumur for tasting

  • Transport to and from restaurant

     

Day 4

  • Leisurely House Breakfast

  • am Depart or transport to Angers or Saumur
